At AmeriTitle, our collaborative approach to service means that every transaction is infused with many collective years of experience. Sandee Breshears is one of the leaders in our company who many Escrow Officers rely on when they have a complex file question.

Willamette Valley Escrow Manager, Sandy Davis shared, “Sandee leads a hard-working team in the Silverton office. She is more than happy to share her wealth of knowledge with fellow employees from any branch when they are in need of assistance. Sandee always has a positive attitude and never has an unkind word to say about anyone.”

Rosi Green is the Business Development Representative partnered with Sandee. She shared, “Sandee’s 25 years of experience means she’s not afraid of complicated transactions. She works things out like a puzzle to find solutions. She is patient, proactive, and creative. It’s fun to watch her and the team work so hard to care for our clients. They put a lot of heart into every transaction.”

We asked Sandee what she enjoys most about escrow and she shared, “I like working with numbers and I also enjoy working with people. Escrow provides the best of both worlds.”

When Sandee isn’t closing escrows, she is spending time with her family. She and her husband, Dary have two teen daughters, Ashleigh and Erin. They all enjoy hunting, fishing, and camping. They are also very involved in a travelling softball team.
