Community Spotlight – McCall & Cascade, ID
Once upon a time, a long ago logging community was temporarily named the “Lake City,” until Thomas McCall established a school, hotel, saloon, and post office in 1890. The town, McCall, was thus established and continues to stand today.
The Cascade / McCall area offers year-round outdoor recreation for both relaxation and thrill-seekers alike. While the resort town sits on the Western edge of Valley County, Idaho, it’s 2010 census showed almost 3,000 residents!
AmeriTitle’s McCall can be found along Payette Lake, nestled between Railroad and Roosevelt Ave, while the Cascade branch is just a hop and a skip away from Lake Cascade Park.
Both branches are heavily involved in the community events that take over Valley County; fellow Escrow Officer, Robin Richardson, was eager to participate in the Idaho Sled Dog Challenge – which is over 450 miles!
The ever popular Winter Carnival that takes place in McCall hosts incredible snow sculptures, parades, live music, daily events, and much more.
Both AmeriTitle branches truly enjoy working with the community and helping clients reach their real estate dreams. Because the area is small, there are no strangers – the McCall / Cascade team loves putting transactions together to welcome new residents into the community.
The team adores the tiny towns and how the community is able to put together such incredible music, food, and a wonderful art scene.
AmeriTitle is proud to serve the title and escrow needs of this community. If you’re planning to buy or sell property in either McCall or Cascade, please ask your real estate professional to choose AmeriTitle.
