Community Spotlight – Weiser, ID
Nestled near the Snake River and along the Oregon / Idaho State border, is the quaint town of Weiser, Idaho. Weiser is located in Washington County and is a rural community of 5,507.
Weiser is incredibly proud of its rich history; the town is named after Peter Weiser, who was an American soldier and a member of the Galloway of the Corps Discovery on the Lewis and Clark Expedition.
Also deemed one of Idaho’s safest cities, Weiser considers all who lives and travels through the town as family.
Our Weiser branch is an active participant in many of the activities Weiser hosts. Our branch volunteers during the Festival of Trees, and the Weiser Chamber of Commerce Dinner; helps take part in the adopt-a-highway program; gives charitable donations to the Education Foundation, ROSE Advocates, and the local crab feed; and sponsors Weiser High School sports teams, the Weiser Rec department teams, the Round-Up Rodeo Association, the Miss Idaho Pageant, and Fiddle Week.
When asked what they love most about being a part of the Weiser neighborhood, our employees explain, “It’s a small community; wherever you go, people acknowledge and know you. We never loose contact with our clients, and they always know they can turn to us to ask for help, even after a closing.”
The AmeriTitle team in Weiser is proud to serve the title and escrow needs of the community they’re a part of. If you’re planning to buy or sell property in Washington County, please ask your real estate professional to close with AmeriTitle.
