Give it up for our newest Super Star – Terri Jo Morgan!

Terri Jo is AmeriTitle’s Escrow Administrator for the Corporate Escrow Division team and is based in Roseburg, Oregon. With 20+ years in the industry, Terri Jo has grown to love seeing the joy on clients’ faces when the purchase has closed. Since moving to Resware Support/Admin, Terri Jo enjoys when the lightbulb comes on for the new escrow employees.

Dana Esterbloom Fetter, Vice President and Corporate Escrow Manager, nominated Terri Jo for this month’s super star – and can’t say enough wonderful things about her.

Dana explains, “Terri Jo Morgan has been a long term, loyal AmeriTitle employee for over 20 years. During her time with AmeriTitle, Terri Jo has worked as an Escrow Officer, Manager, and is currently part of the Escrow Division Team. Terri Jo brings an enthusiasm to teaching and training and enjoys interacting daily with our escrow staff throughout all our branches. Most recently, she has collaborated with the Account Servicing Departments and the Escrow staff to improve the process, communication, documents, instructions, and gives a fresh set of eyes to “all things account servicing.” In addition, she is a vital member of our ResWare Support Staff, a problem solver on difficult files, and a valuable resource to all escrow staff at AmeriTitle. Terri Jo has a laugh that will bring a smile to any face – employee or customer alike. She is a hard worker, knows escrow inside and out, and is a huge asset to our company.”

When Terri Jo isn’t hard at work in the office, you might just spot her doing some “dock diving” with her dogs! Dana points out, “Many at AmeriTitle have also known Terri Jo as the AmeriTitle employee dog enthusiast! For approximately 20 years, she’s raised guide dogs for the blind and is currently a Dog 4-H leader. In addition, she enjoys the sport of “dock diving” with her own golden retriever!”

Terri Jo also enjoys attending AKC Rally Obedience with her dogs and helping kids become good dog citizens. Her favorite quote, “Thinking” by Waler D. Wintle, is her daily mantra.

AmeriTitle is incredibly fortunate to have Terri Jo as part of the team; her accomplishments and achievements do not go unnoticed by her team members!
