Community Spotlight – Prineville
45 minutes northeast of Bend, you’ll find a rustic, small town that is the gateway to the Ochoco National Forest – Prineville, Oregon.
Having the unofficial title of Rockhound Capital of the U.S. (various gemstones can be found in this part of Oregon), Prineville has plenty to offer the outdoor enthusiast. Hiking, fishing, camping, biking, and playing year-round golf at Meadow Lakes Golf Course are just some of the activities you can participate in and around the town.
More recently, Prineville has become home to the largest Facebook datacenter in operation, as well as Apple’s datacenter – which has provided a steady flow of new jobs and new residents.
AmeriTitle’s Prineville office is just a two-minute drive from the popular Bowman Museum, where you can dive into the history of the town.
Our Prineville branch is a unique office; they have a full title production and escrow service team under one roof! Within the office, the Prineville branch runs as a family. They are excited to meet you and assist with your real estate transactions.

The team participates in Prineville’s annual Chamber Rodeo Roundup, and local Chamber events.

The Prineville office is proud to serve the title and escrow needs of Crook County. If you’re planning to buy or sell property in Prineville, please ask your real estate professional to close with AmeriTitle.
