Purchasing Blind: Home Buying Sight Unseen

With COVID-19 still very prevalent, how are buyers and sellers changing their journey in the real estate process?

Many buyers are wanting to leave the big city and move to the suburbs for more space. Sellers are wanting more digital options to showcase their homes rather than host the normal “open house”.

Digital tools are rising to the occasion, and buyers and sellers are still making transactions. As the year ticks on with COVID, we’ll have to see what other technologies will be made and used to help smooth transactions and keep all parties safe.
