AmeriTitle Super Star – Makenzie Bodkin
Let’s give a big cheer for our newest AmeriTitle Super Star, Makenzie Bodkin!
Makenzie is AmeriTitle’s Escrow Officer for our Pocatello, Idaho branch. Makenzie worked as a teller within a credit union for several years before she jumped into our team – and we couldn’t be happier!
As an Escrow Officer, Makenzie loves that the job has so much variety, and she’s able to learn something new every day. She believes, “Title and escrow can be challenging, but very rewarding. Even though the social aspect of this job has been limited within the circumstances this year, I have enjoyed building relationships with so many others in the industry – agents, builders, lenders, etc.”
When she thinks of whom she admires, Makenzie immediately thinks of her two youngest brothers. She explains, “My two younger brothers are my heroes. They both dealt with physical challenges their whole lives and kept a positive attitude despite their difficulties. They don’t let their limitations hold them back from living their lives to the fullest. I try every day to have the same attitude and to be more like them.”
Health and fitness has always been a huge passion for Makenzie. Outside of work, she loves staying active – whether that’s through hiking, kayaking, biking, snowboarding, or playing tennis. Makenzie graduated in exercise science and recently passed her exam to become a personal trainer! Makenzie continues, “I am a huge food nerd, and I love learning all about how nutrition affects the body. I enjoy writing up workout plans and making meal plans for others.”
Makenzie’s accomplishments and achievements as an employee of AmeriTitle make us extremely fortunate to have her as part of our team.
