If you’ve been debating on putting your home up for sale, have you thought about updating features beforehand?
Because if you are, you’re not alone.
According to a recent survey from Cinch Home Services, three out of four homeowners would rather fix or replace appliances than accept a lower offer when selling.
Whether that means repairing or a total replacement is up to the homeowner – however, the survey shows that 60% of home owners would replace – and baby boomers were the most likely to do so.
What appliances, according to the survey, are most homeowners looking at replacing?
Homeowners are looking at their: air conditioner, dishwasher, water heater, and oven, as their top features to either repair or replace.
