Real Estate Tip of the Week: Time to Start Using Your Call-to-Action Button
If you haven’t started using your CTA – call-to-action button – then you’re missing out on many ways to better highlight your business.
You might be thinking: what’s a call-to-action button and how do I use it? Look no further than our guide below!
Call to Action
This is a digital marketing tool designed to convert website traffic into leads and clients. And just like the name, the button motivates the customer to take action through various means; whether it’s to contact you, learn more about you, give you a call, sign up for your newsletter – the list goes on!
How to Implement Call to Action Buttons
- Why do you want a client on your site or page? You want them to dig and search through every nook of your website, so they know what’s available and how you can help them. By implementing CTA’s that help guide your user, you can help them with a seamless and effortless experience while learning more about you and your business. CTA’s like, “Start Your Title Quote,” or “More About [Your Name],” are great examples.
- Another great CTA use is creating engagement. If you offer engaging CTA’s, you’ll have the client on your page for longer and have them wondering what different tools are available to them. These CTA’s would look like: “Find Your Dream Home,” or “What is My Property Value.”
- CTA’s are a great way to receive information from potentially serious customers as well. Including CTA’s such as: “Book With Me,” “Schedule a Tour,” or “Shoot me a Message,” offer great ways to connect with users.
CTA’s are supposed to be short and sweet and to the point – but are also supposed to be as equally strong in their “pitch.” Why would a user click on a specific CTA button you have in mind?
