It’s time to let another AmeriTitle Super Star shine. Meet Denise O’Brien, a familiar face to many who work with our Idaho Falls, ID branch.

Denise, who is a trusted Escrow Officer, has been in real estate for three decades. More than half of that time has been with the AmeriTitle family, and we’re grateful for her expertise, experience and caring personality. Denise celebrates 16 years with AmeriTitle in June 2023!

One of her favorite parts of the job has been meeting the branch’s wonderful and unique customers during her career. One important thing to know about Denise is that she strives to treat others the way she wants to be treated. Rest assured, no matter how you’re involved in the transaction, Denise loves working with you.

Outside of the office, you may find Denise creating Coptic-bound journals, gardening or camping. One recent hobby? Baking bread. It’s a skill Denise learned during the pandemic thanks to FaceTime sessions with her sister, and now it has become an extended family activity. Over the years, she’s been involved in multiple local organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Idaho Falls Symphony and the Zoological Society.

Speaking of family, the people Denise admires most are her parents. She credits them with the values she holds dear and says her appreciation for them has only grown through the years.  

“I was an adult before I realized I have really amazing parents. They taught us always to be respectful of others regardless of their situation in life and to give back to the community through volunteerism,” Denise says. “Kindness matters!”
