We love using this space to highlight the accomplishments and personalities of our team members and branches that make the AmeriTitle family special. But our team from the Silverton OR branch wanted to spotlight the entire city and the region it sits in as well.

So, here’s what you need to know about the Willamette Valley community from those who know it best: Our local Silverton AmeriTitle staff. Silverton is known for its quaint, historic and mural-filled Downtown that boasts plenty of shopping and dining options for any taste. Other attractions include the Oregon Garden and being the gateway to the beautiful Silver Falls State Park. It’s also surrounded by rich farmland that lends itself to various agriculture. All these reasons and more make Silverton a great place to call home.

Our AmeriTitle Silverton team considers it a privilege to care for our real estate industry partners, buyers, sellers and community, and we love doing it from our new office that we moved into last year. It is located at 105 N Water St., in Silverton and is truly “home” for us all.

Here’s what else is going on in the fun and inviting Silverton Branch. 

Throughout May, we and all the AmeriTitle branches are proud to be ‘Closing the Hunger Gap.’ The funds collected at this branch support our local food bank, Silverton Area Community Aid. At the end of the month, we will be donating a portion of our revenue to further support this great organization. 

We’re also gearing up for AmeriTitle – The Big LeBocce – Annual Charity Bocce Ball Tournament. On June 21, we’ll gather on the greens with friends, family, clients, and the community at the beautiful Vanderbeck Valley Farms. The winning team earns all the entry donations toward their designated local non-profit.
