AmeriTitle Super Star – Lisa Kutsch

The first AmeriTitle Super Star of 2024 is Lisa Kutsch. Lisa is an experienced Escrow Officer in our Silverton, OR branch. During her almost 20 years in real estate – half of it with AmeriTitle – Lisa has been a part of many milestones with her customers and partners. She recognizes that every transaction is unique and truly takes pride in her work.

“I love getting to help people with one of the biggest decisions in their lives,” she says. “It’s fun to celebrate these things with our clients, but you must also be empathetic for those who may not be selling (or refinancing) for the happiest reasons. Partnering with our agents and lenders to accomplish the goals of their clients, large or small, makes me happy.

In addition to her work and customers, Lisa is passionate about ‘80s music (especially the hair bands), the Seattle Seahawks and Oregon State football. She loves shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family. She and her husband have three children, four grandchildren and four dogs. Lisa is also a past board member of the Albany Area Habitat for Humanity chapter.

When asked who she has admired most in life, Lisa first acknowledges that many people have positively impacted her, a fact she is grateful for. Then, she focuses the discussion on her late mother, who was widowed with two young children but did everything she could to provide for Lisa and the rest of the family. That included instilling the value of hard work and the importance of a good education.

“She always wanted a better life for us,” Lisa says fondly. “Even though we may not have appreciated it all at the time, she provided us with a strong foundation. She had a work ethic like no one I’ve ever seen and is loved and missed every day!”

Now that you know more about Lisa, give a shout out to AmeriTitle’s Silverton branch on Facebook and write them in on your next transaction! Lisa and the rest of the team look forward to helping you and your clients reach all your goals this year and beyond.
