Our next AmeriTitle Super Star is Nichole Kephart! Nichole is the Branch Manager in our Lebanon, OR branch and a talented Escrow Officer there, too. Nichole has more than 26 years of experience in the industry, the most recent 4 years being with AmeriTitle. Helping customers and partners never gets old for Nichole. “It’s an honor to be a part of such an important milestone in people’s lives,” Nichole says.

Outside of the office, Nichole is an expert crafter and even operates her own small handmade business to sell her creations. In addition to that creative outlet, she also loves traveling anytime she can with family and friends.

When asked who she admires most, Nichole spotlights her mom. “She raised two children as a single parent, and I never heard her offer one single word of complaint,” Nichole says. “As an adult, I can see how difficult that must have been, but as a child, I only knew that she was my rock because she was always offering encouragement and guidance and teaching me so many things.”

Now that you have gotten to know Nichole a bit more, give a shout out to AmeriTitle’s Lebanon Branch on Facebook and write them in on your next transaction! Nichole and the rest of her team would love to help make your next transaction a great experience.
