AmeriTitle Branch Spotlight – Ashland, Grants Pass and Medford

It’s time to focus on three great Rogue Valley communities for the next AmeriTitle branch spotlight. We’re excited to highlight the work our AmeriTitle teams do in Ashland, Grants Pass and Medford, OR! All three share a collective pride in being professional and caring for their customers and surrounding communities.

“Our team is a very close-knit group of people with an array of experience, not only in title and escrow as a whole but in lending and customer service, too,” Conway said. “We work for a locally owned and operated company (and work to have) better communication with our clients so we can make sure we deliver a great client experience.”

How much experience is in these three AmeriTitle branches? If you were to add it all up, there would be more than 256 years of expertise and industry knowledge. In addition to providing the best title and escrow services in the area, these teams make sure to be active members of their communities, too. Local organizations supported by these branches include Aspire, Habitat for Humanity, the United Way Day of Caring, Asante Family House, Ashland Parks and Recreation’s clean-up days, the Medford Food Project and the Josephine County Food Bank.

It’s not all work for our AmeriTitle team members, of course. One of the great reasons to love living in this area is all of the festivals. Our teams named the Britt Music & Arts Festival and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival among their favorites. Two other activities the area is recognized for are wine tasting and rafting down the wonderful Rogue River, which is also known for its salmon runs. While nominating these was a team effort, the group has various hobbies and interests. Here are just a few of them:

  • Title Officer Amanda Curtis loves to cook and bake.
  • Escrow Officer Melanie Presley loves to go mudding in her Jeep.
  • Conway loves to go thrifting (and she is great at it too!)
  • Escrow Officer Meyl Roy rides horses and loves to travel!
  • Title Officer Susan Moore loves horses as well and has a business selling tackle items.
  • Escrow Assistant Kelly McVey is always finding something new to decorate or organize.
  • Title Assistant Misty Winney loves to camp in the woods.
  • Customer Service Representative Rhonda Young loves to sew and quilt.
  • Business Development Representative Kody Garrison is an avid golfer.

What are the other perks of this area, according to the people who know it best? Two hundred days of sunshine each year, Crater Lake, Roxy Ann Peak, Prescott Park and the Rogue Creamery, once recognized for having the world’s best blue cheese.

Back in their offices, these teams are successful because they love what they do and work together to do the job for their customers and real estate partners in Jackson and Josephine counties. “We get to help our customers fulfill their dream of buying a home! Whether it’s their first or their last, we help them through that journey, which can be very exciting,” Conway said.

Now that you’ve met our wonderful Rogue Valley AmeriTitle branches, give them a shout out on one of their Facebook pages. (Ashland, Grants Pass or Medford.) Next time you buy or sell property in this area, our AmeriTitle teams would love to help you.
