The next AmeriTitle Super Star is Title Officer, Teddi Underhill. Teddi has been with AmeriTitle for four years in our Roseburg, OR branch, but has worked in real estate for 30 years.

Teddi says her favorite part of the job is diving into research. If she’s not in the office doing that, you may find Teddi enjoying the outdoors in some capacity. “I love working in my flowers, camping with my husband and two little doxie dogs, fishing and hunting,” she says.

Through the years, Teddi has taken on multiple roles in the community and within local professional organizations. She’s a former 4-H and Girl Scout leader and previously was part of the American Business Women’s Association and Soroptimist International of the Americas.

Teddi tries to showcase a devotion to hard work every day. In fact, she says determination and grit are two traits she admires most in others, too. She’s specifically proud of how her granddaughter has already overcome so many obstacles in her young life because of a horrific accident. “They said she would never walk again,” Teddi recalls. “Instead, she said, ‘Yes, I will,’ and through many tears and grit, she walks now. It was a long and slow process, but she set this goal and did whatever it took to get there.”
