Our next AmeriTitle Super Star is Lisa Summa, an Escrow Officer in our Coos Bay, OR branch. Lisa has been with AmeriTitle for two years, and has more than three decades of experience in real estate. She uses her expertise every day to help her customers and colleagues.
She’s also a great person who radiates positivity to those around her. It’s part of the reason we think she’s a shining star! “Each day is an opportunity to make a positive impact and contribute to people’s happiness, which makes my job so fulfilling,” Lisa says.
While she loves all kinds of transactions, Lisa counts herself among those who believe there’s something special about working with buyers who have never experienced the process. “Working with first-time homebuyers is incredibly rewarding, as I get to guide them through one of the most significant milestones in their lives, turning their dreams of homeownership into reality,” Lisa says. “The challenge of problem-solving keeps me engaged and motivated because every situation is unique and requires creative solutions.”
When she’s not in the office, you may find Lisa kayaking, tackling DIY home projects, especially in the landscaping or gardening realm, or simply relaxing. She loves trying new recipes and spending time with her family, which includes multiple fur babies.
Lisa says one of the rewards of working in real estate is your role as a community builder. “There’s something special about connecting with individuals and families and seeing them grow within our community,” she explains. “I also take great pride in welcoming newcomers to our area, helping them feel at home and integrated into their new surroundings.”
When asked who she admires most, Lisa quickly identifies her parents, who have always given her unconditional love and unwavering support. Furthermore, they’ve always provided Lisa with wisdom and compassion. “I appreciate the countless sacrifices they’ve made, always putting our family’s well-being above their own. Their 60 years of marriage is a testament to their commitment to each other and our family,” Lisa says.
