It’s time to spotlight another AmeriTitle Super Star! Today, we’re recognizing Erica Hayworth, a Business Development Representative in our Salem, OR branch. Erica has been with AmeriTitle for 18 years and is often referred to as the branch’s “webinar buddy” for her technical expertise on the Rise & Shine seminars and much more.

“Erica stays calm and positive under pressure, demonstrating natural leadership and task management skills,” says AmeriTitle’s Area Department Manager Rosi Green. “She embodies the spirit of the team with her hard work, positivity and exceptional skills. Thank you, Erica, for everything you do!”

Erica shares that her favorite part of the job is being part of the AmeriTitle family and connecting with her customers and colleagues. She’s part of multiple community real estate organizations, including the Home Builders Association of Marion and Polk Counties, the Mid-Valley Association of REALTORS® and the Salem Chamber of Commerce.

Erica is also involved in “Believe in Your Community,” which is part of the Marion County Sheriff’s Foundation Committee. Back inside the office, she’s also known as the “Bocce Boss,” thanks to her herding abilities and many hours of hard work for the branch’s annual charity bocce ball tournaments.

When she’s not actively building connections with customers within the community, you may find Erica enjoying the outdoors or a local attraction with her family. “I like to enjoy the Willamette Valley and all that Oregon has to offer with my husband and two boys, going to the beach, watching our boys play sports and making memories as a family,” Erica says.

Now that you know why Erica is such a valuable member of our Salem branch, she’d love to connect with you. Give her a shout out to AmeriTitle’s Salem Branch on Facebook, and be sure to write this great team in on your next residential or commercial transaction in the Salem area!
