AmeriTitle Super Star – Annette Baumeister
Our next AmeriTitle Super Star Spotlight is on Annette Baumeister! Like many customers she helps daily, Annette has recently moved – relocating from Chubbuck, ID to Twin Falls, ID, where she will be our AmeriTitle Branch Manager, when the Twin Falls branch office opens in the Spring.
Previously, Annette worked in our Pocatello branch. She has been with us for seven years and has a decade of real estate experience in total. Customers and colleagues alike admire Annette for her problem-solving skills. For her, the chance to deal with various obstacles and opportunities makes what she does in title and escrow fun. “Every day has different challenges to face, different people to meet, and collaborations to be had. I get bored easily, and this job never gets boring,” Annette says.
Annette really enjoys party planning and loves arranging outings for her family and friends. Often, such gatherings include themed food, decorations, party favors, costumes and videos. She also loves spending time outdoors during the warmer months and chooses to go into hibernation mode when she can in the winter. “I go hard in the summertime – hiking, backpacking, paddleboarding and rafting. In the winter, I practice ‘hygge’ (the Danish art of being cozy),” Annette says. “It’s a good balance.”
Annette also loves being involved in the community as a civic-minded individual. Back in Chubbuck, she was a 4-year City Council member and served on multiple city and organizational boards. An interesting fact about Annette? She has tattoos in honor of each of her grandmothers, who are also two people that she admires most.
“My grandmothers, Marge Bracamonte and Lurene Lasley, were both amazing examples for me for overcoming adversity and being your best self in our own ways,” she says.
