Today’s AmeriTitle Super Star is Jennifer Upton, an Escrow Officer who now works in our Silverton, OR branch. She’s been with AmeriTitle for 18 years and has nearly three decades of real estate experience in total. Jennifer is known for professionalism, patience and warmth, according to those who know her best. 

Her favorite part of the job? Delivering an experience that her partners and customers remember for all the right reasons. Jennifer says she achieves this goal by making sure everyone involved is happy and comfortable during the closing process. “Nothing is better than having a customer who remembers you years later and seeks you out to close for them again,” she says.

Her colleagues appreciate Jennifer’s caring and collaborative nature. “Jennifer is the kind of person who makes everyone around her better,” says AmeriTitle’s Division Business Development Coordinator Rosi Green. “She doesn’t just close transactions – she builds trust, relationships and lasting memories for our clients. I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside someone who embodies the true spirit of AmeriTitle every single day.”

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys cooking, reading, shopping and water aerobics. She also loves spending time with her family along the Oregon Coast fishing, crabbing and clamming. Family, after all, is very important to Jennifer. She calls her children “her greatest interest” and says they are all now amazing adults who are so much fun.

She also identifies her husband as the person she admires most. “His perseverance, encouragement and understanding nature make me want to strive to do my very best each and every day,” Jennifer says.
