Let’s introduce our next AmeriTitle Super Star! Today’s spotlight is on Jolene Diaz. Jolene has more than three decades of real estate experience and has been with the AmeriTitle family for nine years. She works as an Operational Support Specialist for our Centralized Wire Approval Desk but has experience as an Escrow Officer as well.

Jolene works remotely with AmeriTitle’s Bend, OR branch. She’s always appreciated the relationship aspect of real estate but says there’s something special about being able to directly help her fellow AmeriTitle colleagues as part of her current role.

“My co-workers are now my clients – the people I provide a service to. I love this dynamic and feel so lucky to work with such great people,” Jolene says. “I also love that every day throws me something different, which keeps me on my toes.”

Jolene loves to cook – even saying that attending culinary school is a post-retirement dream of hers. However, she jokes that she’s unsure if she’s even a good cook. She’s also a retired Ironman triathlete and says her current obsession is home organization. Her other hobbies include spending time with her husband, their families and their ‘crazy” dog, Jack. “I also love traveling to new places, camping, boat days on the lake and scenic hikes,” Jolene says.

When asked who she admires most, Jolene picks her community’s first responders. “These silent superheroes risk their lives daily to keep us all safe,” she says, “running right into harm’s way when we’re all running from it.”

Now that you know more about Jolene, give her a shout out on AmeriTitle’s Bend branch Facebook page. Jolene is one of the many people on our behind-the-scenes team who ensure your transaction is smooth!
