Corvallis, Oregon, is known for its vibrant community, natural beauty and strong sense of local pride in the Willamette Valley. It’s also the subject of this AmeriTitle community spotlight!
As home to Oregon State University, it is a hub of innovation for the state. Furthermore, Corvallis embodies a dynamic mix of culture, education and economic development, and our AmeriTitle branch loves being part of it all! Here, you’ll find a dedicated team of professionals who bring expertise, enthusiasm and a commitment to exceptional service to any real estate transaction in the area.
Greg Jackson, the branch’s Business Development Representative, describes the team as proactive problem-solvers who genuinely love what they do for their community and clients. “We get to know (our customers) on a personal level,” he said. “At the end of the day, we’re all humans serving other humans. Building relationships with customers is what we love the most.”
Whether it’s learning about a customer’s recent travels or celebrating personal milestones, the team goes above and beyond to create meaningful connections. The team has its own good news to share, too. Branch Manager Caryn Davenport, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2023, is now cancer-free! The entire team thanks its fellow real estate professionals and community for their support and well wishes for Davenport.
“A fund-raising golf tournament was organized by local BDR. There was huge support from the community with raffle prizes donated, event proceeds as well as cash donations totaled close to $15,000,” Jackson said.
Beyond their commitment to superior title and escrow services, the AmeriTitle Corvallis is active in the local community. They support various beloved causes, including Furniture Share, Art in the Park and the Boys & Girls Club.
