Today’s AmeriTitle Super Star is Jazmine Duncan! Jazmine is a relatively new face to our work family, but she has already had a huge impact on our Roseburg, OR branch and beyond.

Though Jazmine started as a Customer Service Representative about a year ago, she has since moved to our Northwest Title Production team as a Title Assistant. She’s already made a great impression, according to her department manager Candice Gibbons, “Jazmine is a quick study and has picked up the chaining process super fast. She’s efficient, helpful and has a positive, can-do attitude,” Candice says. “I’m so glad she’s joined our team!”

What Jazmine likes about title is “finding all the pieces and solving the puzzle to put together a chain.” When she’s not in the office, Jazmine has a variety of hobbies and interests. She enjoys arts and crafts, such as crocheting, painting, and collaging, spending time outdoors and entertaining.

“My weekends often consist of cooking a big meal, serving drinks, laughing and dancing, and then cleaning up the mess,” Jazmine says. “On calmer days, I read and spend time with my cats, Clementine and Pepper.”

Speaking of cooking, Jazmine jokes that her hidden talent is cooking rice perfectly every time. When asked who she admires most, Jazmine takes the opportunity to shower a colleague with praise. “(It’s) one of our Title Officers here in Roseburg, Barbie Thomas, Jazmine says. “She has so much knowledge and experience. I don’t know how she has enough room in her brain. She keeps the ship from sinking and does it with a side of sass that keeps the energy positive on the hardest days.”
