This AmeriTitle branch spotlights travels to the Oregon coast to showcase the people – and work that they do – inside our Brookings, OR branch! This wonderful community is a close-knit, coastal town full of tradition and joy. In fact, multiple annual celebrations are at the heart of what Brookings is all about.

“Each year, we enjoy the Annual Azalea, which kicks off summer with parades, vendors, and family fun. During the holidays, Nature’s Coastal Holiday lights up Azalea Park with millions of festive displays,” said Jan Millar, an AmeriTitle Area Manager.  “Our community also celebrates the Pirate Festival, a unique event full of entertainment and vendors, and the Slam ‘N’ Salmon Fishing Derby Festival, which brings people together to enjoy one of our region’s favorite pastimes.”

There is plenty of work going on in Brookings, too, and our branch is a good example of that when it comes to title and escrow services. “Our team prides itself on being responsive, detail-oriented and proactive. We anticipate challenges before they arise,” Millar said. “Most importantly, we treat every transaction as if it were our own, ensuring smooth closings and lasting relationships.”

What is the key to the Brookings branch’s success? Making sure every client and partner feels valued by treating them like friends and neighbors. This branch has some exciting news of its own to share, too. The team recently moved into a new office that is in the heart of the city. Its address is 306 Wharf St.

Our AmeriTitle professionals are dedicated to the community around them in other ways. The branch regularly works with local organizations such as the South Coast Humane Society, Katelyn’s Cause and Wally’s House. Escrow Officer Gail Foley is also part of the local Rotary Club and is active in many of that organization’s causes.

When it comes to hobbies and interests outside the office, our AmeriTitle team members take full advantage of everything Brookings has to offer. “We love spending time outdoors and enjoying all the natural beauty Southern Oregon has to offer,” Millar said. “Whether it’s relaxing at the beach, exploring the river, hiking in the mountains, or spending time fishing and hunting, we each find joy and balance in connecting with nature.”
