AmeriTitle Super Star – Ashley Packer
Our next AmeriTitle Super Star is Ashley Packer! She is currently the Branch Manager and an Escrow Officer in our Rigby, ID branch. Ashley has been with AmeriTitle for 10 years in total. When asked about her favorite part of the job, she focuses on the people aspect of real estate.
“I love the relationships I’m able to build with the associates on my team, as well as rubbing shoulders with such incredible people in our industry,” she says. “It truly is a pleasure to be trusted to be part of a buyer’s and seller’s biggest purchase.”
Ashley tries to build connections outside of the office, too. She appreciates events put on by both the Greater Idaho Falls Association of REALTORS® and the Upper Valley Association of REALTORS®. She enjoys the chance to learn from the “incredible minds” of her fellow real estate professionals whenever the opportunity arises.
When she’s not at work, Ashley enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two sons and two French bulldogs. “I love gathering with my family
for a home-cooked meal,” she says. “I also enjoy trying my hand at interior design and decorating my home or giving friends and family members ideas and inspiration for decorating their own homes.” Ashley is also an avid volunteer at her church and serves on her HOA board.
Ashley picks her Grandma Coulson as the person she admires most in life. “She’s been gone for quite some time now, but during her lifetime, I never remember her saying a bad thing about anyone,” Ashley remembers. “She always approached every obstacle with a positive attitude and a grateful heart. She loved being in the service to others and was always finding ways to help those in need. Her family was her biggest priority, and her love for her family and friends shone bright! She always did the right thing… even when doing the right thing was hard!”
We’ve enjoyed telling you more about Ashley. Now, we invite you to give her a shout-out on the Rigby’s AmeriTitle Facebook Page! She and the rest of the team at this branch look forward to having a hand in your next real estate transaction in Idaho’s Jefferson County and beyond!
