AmeriTitle SuperStar – Codilyn Ingram
Meet Codilyn Ingram, an Escrow Officer in our Ontario, OR office. She’s our next AmeriTitle Super Star and has been part of the AmeriTitle family for three years! With a background that includes eight years in banking before joining the real estate title world, Codilyn brings both precision and heart to every transaction.
“I love being a part of such an important milestone in people’s lives,” she says. “Every transaction is unique, and I enjoy the opportunity to problem-solve, stay detail-oriented and create a smooth experience for our clients and partners.”
That attention to detail and dedication to building relationships is what makes Codilyn such a trusted teammate and community member. She’s also an active Board Member with the Weiser Chamber of Commerce and regularly participates in AmeriTitle’s community events.
When she’s not at work, Codilyn’s world revolves around her family. She and her husband keep busy with their two kids, whether cheering them on as they grow or heading outdoors for hunting, fishing, golfing or off-roading adventures. “Family is everything to me,” she says. “We love traveling and exploring new places. Our recent trip to Alaska was so special that we’ve decided to make it a yearly tradition!”
Codilyn’s creativity shines beyond the office, too. She loves baking and has recently designed some “fun cakes,” including a monster truck and a Cinderella-themed creation. When asked who she admires most, Codilyn couldn’t choose just one person.
“My parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, brother, husband, close friends and even coworkers have all shown me something different to look up to,” she explains. “Each has taught me resilience, compassion and work ethic. I’m really fortunate to have such a strong circle of people who inspire me daily.”
AmeriTitle is proud to celebrate Codilyn’s commitment to excellence, family and community. Her positivity and dedication truly make her a Super Star! Give her a shout out on our regional Facebook page, and keep Codilyn and the rest of the Ontario branch in mind for all your area title and escrow needs!
