A Team with Decades of Experience

With a combined total of 107 years of industry experience, our team is equipped with the knowledge and expertise to handle even the most complex of transactions. Our team’s longevity speaks to the stability and reliability that our clients rely on. Jennifer Upton brings 31 years in the industry, while Lisa Kutsch contributes 21 years of industry knowledge. Rosi Green and Sandee Breshears bring 24 and 31 years of combined expertise, respectively, making Silverton’s branch an outstanding resource for both clients and co-workers.

Perhaps our most exciting and beloved contribution is the AmeriTitle Big LeBocce Charity Bocce Ball Tournament. Each year, we host this fun-filled event where industry partners roll for their favorite local non-profit. All proceeds from entry fees go to the winning team’s chosen charity, making this not just an event, but a celebration of giving back.

The Silverton Office and Its Beautiful Location

Our branch’s office space is a source of pride. Located in a beautiful downtown, riverfront building, our team has called this ‘new’ location home for almost three years. The space is warm and welcoming, offering a perfect environment for us to connect with clients. Our office receives rave reviews, and it has truly become a place that our team calls our ‘home away from home’.

Whether it’s hiking the beautiful Oregon trails, snowshoeing with family, camping with loved ones, or welcoming new family members (like Sandee’s new grandbaby, Carter), diving into a good book or enjoying a Seahawks game… we value the experiences that make life meaningful.

What our team loves most about working with our clients is the connection. Whether it’s seeing local agents and lenders pop in for a quick chat or having past clients stop by with their pets or children just to say hello, we treasure the relationships we’ve built over the years. The personal interactions remind us why we love what we do.
