Say hello to Trinity Hopkins, our next AmeriTitle Spotlight! Trinity is an Escrow Assistant in our Idaho Falls, ID, branch, and has been with us for 1.5 years.

While she’s relatively new to real estate, she already shares one of the common thoughts in the business: Trinity takes immense pride in working with first-time homebuyers! “I love being a part of important milestones in our clients’ lives, especially when assisting first-time buyers and sellers as they begin their new chapters,” she says.

Other reasons Trinity enjoys her job are that she learns something new every day, and she gets to regularly meet new people. “Every transaction is different from the last, and there are many different situations that we get to work through every day,” Trinity says.

When she’s not tackling title work, Trinity enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their dog. The couple especially enjoys traveling, and they recently explored the wonderful Lincoln City and Newport communities on the Oregon Coast.

When asked who she admires most, Trinity names her colleague and professional mentor, Brandy Beard. “I admire my escrow officer, Brandy Beard, the most. I have had the privilege of assisting Brandy for a little over a year now, and during this time, she has been an amazing model. Her experience and knowledge of the escrow industry have helped guide me over the past year. Brandy leads by example, demonstrating patience and dedication in her work.”

Now that you know more about Trinity, give her a Super Star shout-out on the Idaho Falls AmeriTitle Facebook page! She and the rest of this branch are always ready to assist with your residential and commercial transactions in the area.
