AmeriTitle Community Spotlight: Valley County, ID
We’re bringing you a holiday 2-for-1 special for our next AmeriTitle Branch Spotlight. Today, we’re focusing on our hardworking teams in Cascade and McCall – both in Valley County, ID.
While these are separate branches, our local professionals often work together for the betterment of their partners and customers. “Our close-knit communities are truly unique and invaluable to us, said Merandy Metz, a Senior Escrow Officer in Cascade. “We’re proud to work with exceptional clients and prioritize building lasting relationships with them. That’s our competitive edge.”
Our experienced, caring teams here say they especially love working with the first-time homebuyer demographic. “It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of such a meaningful milestone in their lives. The joy and sense of accomplishment people experience when buying their new home is contagious, and it makes us feel truly connected to their journey.
It’s fitting we’re talking about these two communities in December. Why? They are known to be a winter wonderland of sorts. There’s a famous Winter Carnival – that our branches are often involved in – an annual ice fishing tournament on Lake Cascade and an Iditarod-qualifying sled dog race in the area.
The holidays also bring other opportunities for our AmeriTitle team members to give back to the communities they love. They are involved in the MCAR Giving Tree & Cascade Auto Giving Tree and Toby’s Place Winter Wonderland Celebration and Fundraiser. Other supported causes include Rise Up to Thrive, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Valley County 4-H and Ramblerfest, a summer music festival that benefits Cascade High School Athletic programs.
When it comes to hobbies and interests outside of the office, here are a few: McCall Escrow Officer Robin Richardson trains Border Collies, raises sheep and competes in sheep dog trials, and McCall Escrow Assistant Renee Durrett loves being involved in 4-H. Over in the Cascade branch, Escrow Assistant Eryn Howard does taxidermy, and Metz coaches both high school and junior high basketball.
As you can see, our Cascade and McCall branches are proud to serve the title and escrow needs of their wonderful area, especially this time of year. Worked with them before? Be sure to leave a Google review!
