AmeriTitle Super Star – Marlene Byrd
Our last AmeriTitle Super Star of 2025 is Marlene Byrd! Marlene is an Escrow Assistant in our Gearhart, OR, branch who is beloved by clients and fellow team members alike!
“Marlene is a true professional, always working to make AmeriTitle and her Escrow Officer look great, ” says Rhonda Sewell, AmeriTitle Gearhart’s Branch Manager. Marlene has been with AmeriTitle for two years, and she has three decades of real estate experience overall – much of it in commercial and small-business lending. All of this expertise is a great benefit to those around her each day.
Marlene herself says she’s glad to be part of the AmeriTitle team and loves working together with her colleagues to get a transaction to the finish line. She jokingly identifies “men” as one of her hobbies and says her other interests include enjoying nature, playing bingo, organizing game nights and spending time with her dog, Neaka.
She also chooses her father as the person she admires most. “He can make anything and has great ideas,” Marlene says.
If you enjoy working with Marlene – or just loved learning more about her – give her a shout out on the Gearhart AmeriTitle Facebook page. Marlene and the rest of the hardworking branch here would love to collaborate on your next Clatsop County real estate deal!
