The next AmeriTitle Super Star is Courtney Paul! Courtney is one of our hard-working and energetic Business Development Representatives, who works with our two branches (Albany and Lebanon) in Linn County, OR.

Courtney is actually on her second stint with AmeriTitle. She worked here for six years up to 2022, and she rejoined our team last year. We’re glad to have her back in the fold because she’s caring, organized and always willing to do what it takes for her customers and colleagues.

“Making people feel appreciated and supported is the most rewarding part of my role,” Coutney says. “I love building strong, meaningful relationships and providing value and resources to our clients.”

Outside of the office, Courtney is involved in multiple local boards and organizations. Causes she supports include the Legacy Emanuel Hospital Burn Center, the Sweet Home Community Foundation, the Sportsman’s Holiday Princess Court Committee Member and the Sweet Home Fire Department Women’s Association.

Courtney says her top hobby is cheering on her children at various sporting events and activities. She also enjoys reading, attending concerts and sporting events, hiking, camping and traveling.

When asked who she admires most, Courtney chooses her parents. “They are truly some of the best people I know and have taught me the importance of unconditional love, strong faith, kindness and the value of hard work,” she says.

Though Courtney didn’t originally plan to go into real estate – she first went to school to become a medical assistant – she’s grateful this is how everything has worked out. “Life had other plans and led me down a different (and rewarding) path.”

If you’ve ever worked with Courtney – or simply enjoyed learning her story – give Courtney a shout out on either the Albany or Lebanon AmeriTitle Facebook pages. We’re all happy to have Courtney on our team again! She and the rest of our teams are here to help with all your Linn County title and settlement needs.
