At AmeriTitle, exceptional service begins with exceptional people, and our next staff Super Star is a great example of that. Chad Cripe is a Customer Resource Lead and Business Development Rep in our Downtown Salem, OR branch.

With 15 years at AmeriTitle out of his impressive almost three decades in real estate, Chad has the experience you can count on. He brings deep knowledge, professionalism and consistency to his customers and colleagues every day.

Here are just a few reasons Chad is a Super Star, according to those around him. “Chad is always willing to share his expertise with others and step in to support customer service teams across the state,” said Rosi Green, AmeriTitle’s Area Department Manager. “His dedication strengthens our front-line efforts, where every interaction is a chance to not only provide excellent service but also convert prospects into loyal clients.”

Chad is known for delivering information to customers with remarkable speed and precision. People often respond with a simple “Wow” when they experience his responsiveness, yet he’s never just fast. He’s also known for accuracy and quality work, thanks to his ability to balance efficiency with attention to detail.

What Chad enjoys most about his work is the fast pace of the Customer Service Department and the opportunity to help clients while learning something new nearly every day. Beyond serving clients, Chad is a strong team player who is always willing to step in by sharing his knowledge and supporting others. He says, “I enjoy helping clients with their needs and learning something new almost every day.”

Outside the office, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping and golfing, plus making memories with family and friends. He is also deeply involved in the local Salem community, volunteering with the Keizer Chamber of Commerce to help put up Christmas lights throughout the city, a tradition he has proudly supported for 25 years.

When asked who he admires most, Chad shared that his wife, an escrow officer, is his greatest inspiration. He says he could never do the job of an Escrow Officer like her – or any of his colleagues. “She is hard working, deals with stress and handles work-life balance like a champion,” Chad says about his better half.
