Our next AmeriTitle community in the spotlight is Lakeview, OR (aka the Tallest Town in Oregon)! Our Lakeview branch here is the only local title provider in the area. “We are the only title company within a 100-mile radius,” says Escrow Assistant Kim Callaghan and Title Assistant Shari Reed.

That lack of competition doesn’t diminish our team’s commitment to the customers it serves and the “unique value” this duo brings to the community. “Our customers are the heart and soul of our business, inspiring us through their trust, loyalty and the relationships we build together.”

Situated at 4,757 feet above sea level, Lakeview is a town at the edge of the state’s high desert country. It’s known for tourism, including a variety of festivals such as the Free Flight Festival, the Lake County Round Up and multiple Oregon Outback events, farming and timber.

Outside of the office, our tight-knit team is involved in multiple community causes, including the Klamath/Lake Counties Food Bank, local 4-H clubs and the Lake County Chamber of Commerce. The group has a variety of hobbies as well, such as gardening, camping, watching football, raising rabbits, fishing, hunting, playing horseshoes and spending time with family, especially grandchildren.
