AmeriTitle branch spotlight – Weiser, ID

This AmeriTitle spotlight highlights our experienced, professional team at our Weiser, ID, branch! This great Washington County place is named, of course, for the nearby Weiser River and Peter M. Weiser, a member of the Lewis and Clark Expedition.

It’s not just the city’s name that has historical significance. Weiser is home to several historic buildings, including the Union Pacific Train Depot, the Pythian Castle and the Galloway House, according to our team here, which is led by Branch Manager Nancy Lazaro.

When it comes to title and escrow work, Lazaro’s goal for the branch is to never settle for ‘good enough.’ “We’re driven by a strong sense of accountability and continuous improvement,” she said. “We actively seek feedback, measure our performance and refine our processes. Instead of settling, we aim to exceed expectations and create meaningful impact.”

That effort is appreciated by the branch’s customers and partners. Lazaro is grateful to be part of so many key celebrations through the years, and she never takes anything for granted. “What our team loves most about our customers is the trust they place in us during some of life’s most important milestones. Whether they’re buying their first home, refinancing or closing on an investment property, we value being part of such meaningful moments,” Lazaro said.

One reason people know they can rely on AmeriTitle’s Weiser branch is the team’s expertise. In terms of experience, Lazaro herself has 26 years in the industry, while Area Department Manager Jonathan Edwards has 22 years of experience. Other knowledgeable and caring members in this office are Title Officer Amy Nauman (6 years), Escrow Assistant Ana Ramirez (3) and Title Officer Brandy Beam (2).

These AmeriTitle branch professionals are active within the community, too. Employees support the National Oldtime Fiddlers’ Contest, one of the community’s most well-known events, the Angel Wings Network Inc.’s Walk/Run Fundraiser, the ROSE Advocates annual Drive to Survive Golf Tourney, the Weiser Chamber of Commerce, the local Boys and Girls Club and the Weiser Memorial Hospital Foundation’s Festival of Trees, among other events and causes.

Noting that multiple members serve on organizational boards or are avid volunteers, Lazaro said the following proudly. “We have received recognition for outstanding customer service and community
leadership.”

Speaking of the National Oldtime Fiddlers’ Contest, that festival has been going on in Weiser since 1953, but the community’s relationship with that instrument dates back to 1914. That’s when the first town fiddle festival was held. Here’s another fun fact: Washington County and the surrounding area are part of a major onion-growing region.  The Weiser River is also known for its 84-mile recreation trail, and the area is full of popular spots for kayaking, fishing and boating.

As you can see, there’s a lot to love about Weiser, and our local AmeriTitle branch appreciates being such a trusted part of a great community. We would be grateful to help make your next transaction a success! Give the team a shout-out on the AmeriTitle – West Idaho Facebook page!
